Kaiwi Coast Run 2024: the November tradition

We were four minutes faster than the year before and still less than a second apart, and that's most of what there is to say about it. This was our third year on the coast road, two weeks before the marathon, and it has turned into the race I don't have to think about, which for someone who thinks about everything (that's me, ask Jay) is worth more than the four minutes. We ran 36:28 and 36:28.9 on the same road with the same person next to me, and the view was the same as it always is.
