Spartan Sprint, Nashville 2024: the morning after

The morning after the Super, we went back and did the Sprint. We had a reason: a Spartan Trifecta is the three distances in one calendar year, we'd done the Beast at Mokuleia in August, and this was the last one. Was it a good idea to do the walls again on arms that had done the walls the day before? It was a 5K, and we'd flown to Tennessee, and neither of us was going to leave a medal on the table.

1:24 for Jay and 1:25 for me by our watches, 4.3 miles with the detours the course takes. No timing sheet I can get to, so those are the numbers. Jay finished a minute ahead of me. I'm mentioning it so nobody thinks I hid it.
